Hi Brian,
The rivarlry really wasn't that much of a rivalry. I think we used to go back and forth, winning and losing, but it was before coach Barta came to SC and they were not the powerhouse they are now. I remember playing against their quarterback, Sid Scherling, who used to live in Osborne and was a friend of mine in grade school before his family moved to SC. I always wanted to beat them because of Sid Scherling.
